hello,
i was involved in a drink driving accident exactly 1 year and 1 day ago in which i was unlicenced and crashed my car with a BAC of 0.1. the police took me in and i have not recieved any correspondence from them at all until today, where i missed a call from my arresting officer while at work.
i read somewhere that the statute of limitations for drink driving charges in Victoria is 1 year, is this true?
any help you could give me would be much appreciated.
