Mid Range NSW - Character References

Postby Zinc » June 28th, 2015, 9:26 am

I am representing myself and this is a first offence.

I am undertaking the Traffic Offenders Program which won't be finished by the time of my first court date, so I will ask the judge for an adjournment. Should I have my character references ready for the first court date anyway or I only need these at my final court date.

Hi Zinc,

If you are going to request an adjournment to finish the Traffic Offenders Program, your character references will not be required by the Court on that first date.
