DUI NSW 0.053
I blew 0.07 at roadside breath test on the cumberland highway at around 5.30pm. I knew I would be over and Tried to delay by saying my last drink was 2 minutes ago which bought about 15 mins. Upon being taken back to the police station for machine test I blew 0.053 so was still over. The charge was low range.
I need my license for work as I am a courier.
I have a pretty good driving record just several speeding offences.
I saw others getting advice here so thought I would ask.
