I have a query for a friend who recently finished a court ordered disqualification for a dui. I have since found out that my licence had been suspended before I was done for drink driving. I wasn't charged with unlicensed driving though.
When I went to Qld transport to get my licence back they told me I have another problem with my licence in that it had been cancelled and that I have to go back on my learner's licence.
Is this right? Do I have to go back on my L plates because I wasn't charged with this first. Thanks
