He got pulled over driving my work van (he was doing me a favour)
which does not have an ignition lock on it.What penalty is he looking at?

Another issue...
My boyfriend has an alcohol ignition lock on his car.
He got pulled over driving my work van (he was doing me a favour) which does not have an ignition lock on it.
What penalty is he looking at?
