WA P plater bac 0.012
Posted: April 24th, 2016, 1:49 pmHi my daughter had a notice to appear in court for drink driving offence 64AAA (1). She was pulled over and was honest with the police that she'd had a drink, she's on her red p's. She's been charged with exceeding 0.00 (0.012). Obviously she is goin to plead guilty. Anyone have any experience with this and what penalty she might expect? Cheers
