NSW Drink Driving & Traffic Offences

Hi, my sister inlaw has been given a two year suspention for not giving a breath test in victoria earlier this year, she has never had any previous charges and needs her licience for her work. She was hoping for a day licience but that was not granted . She will be moving to QLD very soon, is there anyway to apply for a day licience so she is still able to keep her job (she has been woking in the same job for 20 years) any help is apreciated
