High-range interlock reading

My partner has an interlock device installed on her car. Last Sunday I attempted to drive it but couldn't as I blew 0.15% after having had a few drinks on Saturday night. Could I potentially be charged with a high-range drink-driving offence under the law? We reside in Victoria.
