Cancelled licence Western Australia medical

Postby Wals49 » May 27th, 2014, 5:42 pm

I have a question regarding cancelled licence in Western Australia. Licence cancellation ended August 2013 completed medical but department of transport would no accept due to high liver enzymes related to alcohol supposedly. Have not drank since 1st of January 2014 and liver enymes will not fall to the acceptable levels. Even after 5 months abstenience from alcohol . Had liver ultrasound which was said to be clear no problems. The problem is the doctors will not write a letter supporting the fact I am not drinking or have an alcohol problem . Need my licence back as it is affecting my ability to gain employment

Hey, sorry I can't help per se but would be very interested to know how you got on/what your liver tests were, i'm in 100% the same boat, high enzymes, no booze, ultrasound normal, need license.

Shout if you get this and could answer a Q..

Thanks..
