Third time drink driving.0
Posted: December 17th, 2012, 6:20 amHi need some help or advice as got pulled over at a RBT about 6 months ago and blew 0.144. My first offense was 9 years ago and blew 0.75 and just lost 10 demerit points so I could still drive. The second offense was about 6 years ago and blew .05 and that was in NSW and went to court and lost my Licence for 12 months and nsw never past it onto victoria which ment I could drive in ever other state but nsw. I am due in Dandenong court on the 5 th of feb next year so could some one please help with some advice in what to do. Thanks regards Steve.
