Drink Driving Offence Perth

Postby drinktouble » May 27th, 2014, 12:18 am

Hi,

I was recently caught at a BAL of 0.147 in Perth, WA.
My licence was suspended for a two month period and I am awaiting the paperwork for the court hearing.
It is my first ever offence, and I have never had any prior history.

What is the minimum licence suspension I am looking at?
From the police website, I understand the minimum fine is $750 and maximum find $1500.

Kind Regards

Hi

That's correct due to your good driving record you may be on the lesser end of this scale

I am in the same situation with a > .015 DUI charge. I have had a similar charge when I was 17. That was 15 years ago and I was a juvinile. I would like to know of this taken into consideration and taken as a first offence or will the court consider this my second
