Drink Driving Conviction - WA

Hi, I live in Perth and recorded 0.079 last night after drinking 5 beers over 3 hours at a friends house then driving home. I feel totally ashamed and disappointed in myself. It is a real wake-up and I will never go down this path again. I have 2 previous convictions, one in 2000 and the other in 2005 (3 month suspension, $100 fine). I was wondering what penalty I should expect, one chart indicates $350-$500 fine + 3 months suspension. Would this be correct?
Thank you.

Dear mperth1 - I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, however, unfortunately the chart you were looking at must have been an old chart. The law was recently amended and the penalty for driving with blood alcohol content over 0.05 (section 64AA Road Traffic Act) where it is a third or subsequent offence is now a minimum fine of $600, maximum fine of $1000 and the minimum disqualification period is 10 months.
