Blood Pressure medication

Postby Booze Bus Benny » February 7th, 2012, 3:29 pm

I was pulled over by a booze bus in Sandringham. I had a reading of .053 . I am currently on blood pressure medications and I have read on the internet that blood pressure medications effect your ability to metabolize alcohol. Is this a defence to the charges?

No it is not, unfortunately. Once you have the alcohol in your system the result just depends on the reading by the machine.
